WHEAT RIDGE - Police conducted another search Tuesday at the home of the missing Wheat Ridge woman, Leann Meyer. This was the first time a forensic team and cadaver dog have been brought in to look for clues.
Currently, police don't have any specific information suggesting the disappearance of the 51-year-old to be criminal. Police have found that both of the vehicles she owns are also missing.
Meyer's mother, who lives in Minnesota, says she fears the worst.
"It's so hard not to think of her that way. I don't want to think of it that way, but its been so long," Meyer's mother Pat Meyer said. "Unless somebody gots her tied up or drugged."
Meyer went missing Feb. 23. Crime stoppers are offering an $8,000 reward along with another $2,000 to give police more information to help find her.
