THORNTON - Thornton Police and boat crews are searching Hunters Glen Lake near 128th Avenue and Washington Street for a man who may have taken his own life.

According to police, a 36-year-old man who had been missing since March 11. He was reported missing by his parents.

During the search of the area, investigators found what they believed to be his shoes, adjacent to the lake. 

It is still unknown at this time whether the man is in the lake or not.

Multiple streets surrounding the scene are blocked off while the investigation and search continues.
