These positions provide support to end-users for PC, server or mainframe applications and hardware.

You will interact with network services, software systems engineering and/or applications development professionals to restore service and/or identify and correct core problems.

These Support Specialists also recommend systems modifications to reduce user problems.

The company needs candidates with backgrounds in Unix, Intel, Active Directory and Mainframe Platform. Experience with SQL is a plus.
