LONDON - One British photographer is going beneath the surface to create stunning works of art.

Nick Veasey has created these images - all using X-ray cameras. His images include a skeleton in a car, planes and musical instruments.

The idea came about after he used X-rays to photograph props for a TV show. Veasey was asked to take an X-ray of a Coca-Cola can, and from then on, he was hooked.

"What I want X-ray to do is to excite people and to make them appreciate the world that's around them in a new way," Veasey said.

Veasey's featured his images in exhibitions in the UK and Canada.
