DENVER - The University of Denver Men's Basketball team will host Ohio University in the first round of the NIT tournament on Tuesday night.
Denver is the number-3 seed and Ohio the number-6 seed.
The Pioneers were hoping to play in the NCAA tournament but an early round loss to Texas State in the WAC tournament last week in Las Vegas put an end to those dreams.
Tipoff is scheduled for 7:15pm at Magness Arena
