USA TODAY - It's that time of year again when productivity at work goes by the way side for March Madness Mania and those NCAA brackets become top priority.

More than 55 percent of workplaces will have a pool this year and more than $3 billion will be put into those pools.

There are those "bracketheads" who apply logic, trends and higher math to find teams that will survive and advance.

Then there are those who pick by color, mascot or team nickname, and come to find out, it's not such a terrible idea.
