CASTLE ROCK - Jackie Carioscia has been named one of the 60 semifinalists in 46th annual Pillsbury Bake-Off Contest.
She is competing with her recipe for Marmalade Crab Crusted Salmon.
The redesigned contest allows anyone to vote for a winner. The top 33 finalists will compete for $1 million in the finals.
Carioscia says her recipe is in the "doable dinner" category.
To vote for her or get the recipe head to bakeoff.com. Voting ends March 28. Pillsbury asks all votes to be made on criteria of taste, appearance and creativity.
