KUSA - Snowy conditions may have contributed to multiple crashes that shutdown parts of Interstate 70 through the mountains Thursday afternoon.
All lanes are now back open.
The Colorado Department of Transportation says a crash near the Eisenhower Tunnel shut down the westbound lanes 1:45 p.m. Shortly after, multiple crashes closed the eastbound lanes near Frisco.
There is no word on injuries.
Conditions Thursday in the area were snowy and icy, according to CDOT's website.
