KUSA - Steak 'n Shake Franchises in Colorado will be able to operate normally again, after a judge ordered the corporate offices to restore products and services.
The company cut off the local franchises from deliveries and refused to allow them to process credit card payments because they say the restaurants violated their contracts.
Steak 'n Shake says franchisees failed to comply with $4 menu that was imposed nationwide.
Wednesday, a federal judge granted a temporary restraining order that forces Steak 'n Shake to restore food delivery service and computer systems while the lawsuit moves forward.
