KUSA - If you like food and music, Saturday would be a great day to head down to City Park. It's the Chipotle Cultivate Festival.
The Denver-based restaurant is celebrating 20 years of food, ideas and music. But, the food will be much more than just Chipotle. It will also be pizza.
Chef Lachlan Mackinnon Patterson with Pizzeria Locale joined 9NEWS Friday morning to talk about the festival and show viewers how to make a traditional Neapolitan style pizza.
60 grams of buffalo mozzarella
10 grams of grated grana padano
5 leaves of basil
60 grams of tomatoes
8 grams of olive oil
.5 grams of sea salt
Slap out dough and place on pizza peel
Chop tomatoes and place on pizza
Hand tear mozzarella and place on pizza
Pick basil off of stem and place on pizza
Sprinkle grana padano on pizza
Drizzle olive oil on pizza
Sprinkle sea salt on pizza
Place pizza in stone oven for a few minutes
