KUSA- Vintage cars, airplanes and Denver's most advanced pediatric cancer researchers are teaming up to support the Morgan Adams Concours D'Elegance this weekend at Centennial Airport.
Working with leading physicians, The Morgan Adams Foundation directly funds pediatric cancer research and therapies which will improve survival rates and reduce the devastating side-effects cancer treatments have on children. This is the 11th year of the Morgan Adams Concours D'Elegance, and the list of attractions at this event boasts one-of-a kind vintage vehicles, one-off-assembly automobiles as well as custom private jets and extraordinary vintage aircraft.
The Saturday event will also feature an air show at Centennial Airport, along with dozens of cars and planes that you can peek inside to get up close and personal. Live and silent auctions will take place to raise funds for the charity event. 9NEWS Traffic Reporter Amelia Earhart and 9NEWS Anchor Gary Shapiro will be on hand as hosts for the evening.
The Morgan Adams Concours D'elegance takes place on Saturday from 6 to 10 p.m. You can learn more and also purchase tickets at www.morganadamsconcours.org.
