DENVER - The Regional Transportation District will celebrate another milestone on the FasTracks program Thursday morning.
The Eagle P3 project, which includes three commuter rail lines and a commuter rail maintenance facility, is halfway done.
The three lines include the East Rail Line to Denver International Airport, the Gold Line to Arvada and Wheat Ridge, and the first segment of the Northwest Rail Line to south Westminster. The three lines along with the maintenance facility will open in three years.
The celebratory program will be held Thursday at 10 a.m. at the Platte River Bridge construction site behind 3381 Park Ave. West in Denver. There will be various speakers at the event.
