DENVER (DBJ) - Western Development Group of Denver - the last company to complete a major project in Cherry Creek with 2008's NorthCreek residential and retail development - will break ground Aug. 28 on a $100 million mixed-use building, called 250 Columbine, in Cherry Creek North.
The project, which is the first large-scale one to break ground in the Cherry Creek area, continues a redevelopment boom there that will reshape it.
