KUSA - A third adult charged with providing alcohol to teens who were killed in a DUI crash in 2011 was sentenced Wednesday.
Julius Suarez, 26, was sentenced to five years probation, 60 days in jail and 120 hours community service. Two others, Tisha Blan and Jerry Sanchez, were sentenced in 2012 for their part in the wreck.
The three adults provided alcohol to teens at party Nov. 5, 2011 at an apartment in the 6600 block of West 13th Avenue in Lakewood.
Tyler Lovell, 18, and three friends had been drinking at that party before Lovell crashed his SUV into the front yard of a Wheat Ridge home later that night.
Lovell and his girlfriend, Rain Walsh, died in the crash.
Two other teens were seriously injured.
