BOULDER - The man accused of hiding in the tank of a portable toilet to spy on women at a Boulder yoga festival will be sentenced Friday.
Luke Chrisco, 31, pleaded guilty to two counts of burglary and one count of unlawful sexual conduct in July. Six other burglary charges and a misdemeanor county of criminal invasion were dropped in exchange for a plea deal.
Chrisco was arrested in June 2011 after a woman using a portable toilet noticed something moving in the tank and saw a man emerge from the toilet and run away. Police think he used peep holes in bathrooms in several other public places around Boulder.
Chrisco faces up to six years in prison. However, his attorney says he hopes Chrisco will get probation or community corrections instead of time in prison.
