Boulder- The losses now total in the hundreds of thousands of dollars as eight new victims have come forward.
Investigators with the Boulder County Sheriff's Office say the individuals operating under the name of "Asphalt Paving" are targeting elderly victims and over charging them for asphalt paving by tens of thousands of dollars.
Initially investigators identified three cases in Boulder County.

Recently eight additional cases have been identified throughout the state.
Two suspects have already been arrested in connection with the paving operation. Michael Sullivan, 55, was arrested in Weld County on August 21. On August 22 Rodney Wayne Jackson, 53, was arrested in Montrose. Both face felony charges including theft from an adult at risk.
Investigators believe other suspects are still operating the paving business and there are additional victims out there.
