KUSA - The FBI released a picture of a man suspected of robbing a Denver bank earlier this month.
The Denver Police Department and the FBI Rocky Mountain Safe Streets Task Force (RMSSTF) are investigating the robbery of the Colorado State Bank and Trust on East 1st Avenue in Denver.
Investigators say a man walked into the bank at 9:43 a.m. om August 5 and presented a demand note to the teller.
The suspect is described as a white male, 25 to 35 years of age, approximately 6'0 to 6'1 in height, about 200 pounds, with a medium build.
Bank robbery is punishable by a 20-year prison sentence for each offense and increases if a dangerous weapon is used in the commission of the crime.
