DENVER - A man arrested in connection to the death of a 13-year-old boy appeared in court Wednesday.
Marquise Lewis, 20, is being held without bond and was advised he is being held on suspicion of first-degree murder.
No future court dates will be set until the district attorney can official charge him.
Police announced Tuesday the arrest of Lewis and two juvenile males in connection to the shooting that killed Reysean Abram late Friday night.
Abram was shot in the chest near North Enid Way and Bolling Drive in Denver. Police say there was a party nearby, but it's unclear if the 13-year-old was a part of it.
