KUSA - Chefs from the Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts in Boulder visited 9NEWS Monday morning showing off some very tasty ratatouille.
Corey Rose spent time with Executive Chef Graham Mitchell and Chef Jean Claude Cavalara. The school has a 40-week Culinary Arts program where potential chefs get individual, one-on-one instruction from industry-experienced chefs.
Students get to go behind the scenes to meet farmers and artisan producers during a three-week, off-site Farm To Table Experience, and take their skills to the next level during a restaurant externship.
