DENVER - Denver Broncos linebacker Von Miller is back in the headlines again after being ticketed for speeding and driving without a license.
According to the Arapahoe County Sheriff's Office, Miller was stopped for going 13 mph over the posted speed limit of 25 mph in the area of East Arapahoe Road and South Richfield Street in Aurora on Sept. 5.
Miller is currently serving a six-game suspension for violating the NFL's drug policy. The ticket was the same day the Broncos played at home against Baltimore in the season-opener.
The arresting officer wrote "must appear in court" on the ticketing summons. Miller's father was in the car at the time of the ticketing. His father drove them away after Miller received the ticket.
He was not arrested.
Miller was arrested in August on a warrant for failure to appear in court in December 2012 on a previous traffic violation from October 2012.
