KUSA - Broncos star linebacker is facing another warrant, this time in Orange County, California.
Miller was cited for speeding in Orange County in March 2012 and never showed up to court. Records show a bench warrant was issued in May the same year when he didn't appear.
Miller's attorney, Mark Schamel, said the Orange County ticket was for driving 10 mph over the posted speed limit. The fine was $200. But since Miller failed to pay it before the May deadline, the fine has gone up to $500. Schamel said Miller will pay the fine first thing Thursday morning.
Miller was arrested on a similar bench warrant here in Colorado.
Earlier Wednesday, Denver Broncos Head Coach John Fox had some strong words about Miller's behavior after it came out he was pulled over last week and cited fro driving without a license.
Miller is currently serving a six-game drug suspension.
