ESTES PARK, Colo. (AP) - Trail Ridge Road, a primary route used to evacuate flooding victims from Rocky Mountain National Park and the nearby town of Estes Park over the past week, is back open after being closed Thursday morning due to overnight snow and freezing conditions.
Evacuations were completed earlier this week after the park was closed Friday due to flooding.
The 60-mile highway is now being used as a supply road from the west side of the national park.
