DENVER - Four women will receive $360,000 from the City of Denver for being dragged, beaten and pepper-sprayed by police.
The Denver City council approved the settlement Monday evening.
The incident was recorded by cameras. It happened in 2009 outside the Denver Diner, near Colfax and Speer.
The two officers involved were fired for lying during the internal affairs investigation but were later reinstated.
