KUSA - If the leaves aren't changing into their beautiful autumn colors quickly enough for your likely, you've got another choice: make your own.
Marie Folmar, editor of the Macaroni Kid Broomfield website, came up with this crafty idea that's fun for parents and kids. The kids can make their own leaves free-hand or gather up real leaves to use as a template.
"This is a great activity for after a hike looking at the trees in their fall glory," said Folmar.
The activity only requires six supplies and a few simple steps. For a complete list of supplies and instructions, visit: http://bit.ly/19LSBpR.
