KUSA - Four crashes within one mile of the Eisenhower-Johnson Tunnels closed parts of Interstate 70 Friday night.
The Colorado State Patrol said three crashes occurred on the eastbound lanes. One crash occurred on the westbound lanes.
The westbound crash shut down I-70 at Loveland for nearly an hour.
There is no word on the extent of injuries.

Early-season snow and rain are causing icy conditions in some areas.
A winter weather advisory is in effect for parts of the high country until midnight.
Snow showers are expected to linger to near midnight.
Expect 2 to 5 inches of snow to accumulate above 10,000 feet, with lighter accumulations down to 8,500 feet.
