KUSA - The task force on Colorado wildfires turns in its final report on Monday.
Governor Hickenlooper appointed the panel after the devastating fires of 2012.
Those wildfires included the Black Forest fire, which destroyed more than 500 homes and killed two people.
Tougher building codes, more controlled burns and requiring homeowners to pay fees to offset the costs of protecting their homes are among the recommendations expected to be made by the task force.
