COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (AP) - A marijuana dispensary burglary in Colorado Springs Friday had an unusual twist - police say the burglar tunneled his way in.
The incident happened early Friday at the Organic Seed marijuana dispensary. The Gazette reports that several plants were taken.
Police say the burglar first broke in to a neighboring Mexican restaurant with some tools, removed a sink in a bathroom and then broke through the wall to the dispensary.
Police arrested 43-year-old Craig M. Stevens, who was seen walking nearby. He faces charges of burglary, criminal mischief and other related offenses.
