DENVER - Five years after Holly Square was burned down by gang members, the North Park Hill neighborhood is seeing some major changes.
Friday, 200 members of the Community Investment Network went on a walking tour of the Denver neighborhood.
The organization has identified their work as a national model for resident engagement and leadership in creating community change.
Community members have been working together through the Holly Area Redevelopment project to clean up the neighborhood and make positive changes.
The group represents several national philanthropic organizations and private foundations such as the Ford Foundation and the Kellogg Foundation.
