KUSA - Colorado holds a general election on Nov. 5.
On the statewide ballot are two questions that would impose new taxes: one taxing marijuana, the other increasing income taxes for more education funding.

Online registration will be available through Oct. 28, which is also the first day of early voting.
After that, registration must take place in person.
