DENVER (DENVER BUSINESS JOURNAL) - Five years after the nation's housing and financial meltdown began, foreclosure filings and sales are down substantially in Colorado.
In 2012, there were 15,903 completed foreclosures in the state, down 25 percent from 21,306 in 2008, according to the Colorado Division of Housing.
And through June 30 of this year, foreclosure sales are down 30 percent from the same period last year.
