GREELEY - His last name alone makes him ready to be royalty, but Saturday night Lincoln King was crowned for the first time by his fellow classmates.
King is a senior at Northridge High School in Greeley. He was also nominated to be Homecoming King.
All week leading up to Oct 12, Lincoln had been campaigning for votes from his classmates, saying "I'm going to win! Vote for me!"
King is wheelchair-bound. He's involved in Special Olympics, dance and cooking classes at the school.
Saturday night was the school's homecoming dance, and his fellow students had a big surprise for him.
