KUSA - Sunday will be cloudier and cooler as a quick moving storm moves through the state.
A rain/snow mix is possible this afternoon lasting through early Sunday evening for the Front Range with less than an inch of accumulation on grassy areas.
Although no travel advisories have been issued for the mountains, accumulations of 2 to 5" will cause slushy road conditions. Along the foothills and Palmer Divide up to 2 inches of snow are possible.
Showers will end before midnight and then skies will become partly cloudy. Early Monday morning, remnant moisture could still cause isolated snow showers along the Front Range Mountains.
Tomorrow will be cool with highs in the 50s, then more seasonal temps and quiet weather is expected through the end of the week.
