KUSA - Stand down, Broncos Country. Peyton Manning was back at practice Thursday.
Manning sat out the Broncos' practice Wednesday because of a minor ankle injury. He said after Wednesday's practice that he would "look forward to hopefully being out there tomorrow."
And he was.
When asked about his status for Sunday, Manning said: "I plan on being out there [Thursday], so I'm going to start there."
"Not a lot of concern," offensive coordinator Adam Gase said Thursday when asked of Manning's missed practice. "He was good [Thursday]. He was his normal self."
Broncos coach John Fox said Manning looked "fine." Manning only talks with reporters on Wednesdays.
