DENVER - A Denver pre-school teacher is accused of using a permanent marker to draw faces on students' hands.
Now, the school says the department of human services may be launching an investigation.
The father of a 3-year-old boy says the incident happened twice at Creative Option Center for Early Education in Denver.
The school said the incident is not in line with their practices.
The school said it will know more on Monday whether human services will get involved or whether the school will handle it.
