KUSA - Flood victims filing claims with their insurance companies have till Nov. 14.
Saturday, FEMA is giving advice on what to do if all or part of your claim is denied.
They suggest taking any questions straight to the adjuster and then moving up the chain to their supervisor.
If you're still hitting a brick wall you can call the insurance company's claim representative.
And if that doesn't work you have 60 days after the denial to send a written request for help to FEMA.
