KUSA - Monday afternoon, temperatures are in the mid 30s with fog and drizzle. Sunday, we saw temperatures in the lower 70s, with lots of sunshine.
The first front has moved in from the north, producing the upslope, cloud cover and fog, ushering in a much colder airmass.
The second system is tracking in from the west and will bring mountain snow. a Winter Storm Warning has been posted for 5-10" of snow and isolated showers for lower elevations.
Temperatures will slowly moderate as we move into midweek: Low 50s Tuesday and Wednesday, with partly cloudy skies by afternoon.
Halloween doesn't look to scary at all with sunshine and 60 in the city!
The warming trend continues into the weekend.
