Maddy D'Amato and Alex Hasulak believe everyone should be able to afford healthy, high quality food - so they've made it their goal to keep the granola produced by their company, Love Grown Foods, less expensive than their competitors.

The company's products are organic, gluten free and contain no trans fats, hydrogenated oils, preservatives or artificial flavors. Plus, the company avoids corn syrup and refined sugar. Instead, they use agave syrup, which is lower on the glycemic index.

Now, Love Grown products are in Kroger stores across the country, including King Soopers locally. Plus the granola can be found at Natural Grocers by Vitamin Cottage and soon the company hopes to be added to Whole Foods stores.
