But on Tuesday, we found that -4 degrees with a wind chill of -22 degrees is not too cold to take advantage of a hot deal on a cool treat.

Folks in the highlands lined up outside The Little Man Ice cream shop to take advantage of the Pink Cheek Pint Special. That's a pint of any one of their 16 flavors for only $1.

Owner Paul Tamburello says lots of people showed up throughout the day for a sugar fix.

Customers were encouraged to call in their order so they wouldn't have to wait in the cold for too long.
