The 9NEWS Weather Team is forecasting the mildest day of the week on Monday.

Halloween will be above average, with highs in the middle to upper 60s, but evening temperatures will be quite warm also.

5 p.m.  Mostly clear with light winds, temperatures near 60 degrees.

7 p.m.  Mostly clear, wind less than 10 mph, temperatures from 51 to 54 degrees.

9 p.m.  Staying dry and clear with temperatures in the lower 40s.
