9Wants to Know attended the court hearing where prosecutors were hoping to get the court's permission to not immediately release evidence that could reveal the identities of two confidential informants.

The defense demanded the immediate release of such evidence so it can properly defend its client. The prosecutors wanted to hold off on releasing the evidence until after Sullivan enters a guilty plea.

The judge ruled Wednesday morning - denying the prosecutors motion to keep the sources secret.

The hearing was held at Arapahoe County District Court and started at 9 a.m.

According to the arrest report, investigators with the South Metro Drug Task Force worked with two informants who met with Sullivan on Nov. 29. During that meeting, Sullivan was allegedly recorded on video handing meth to one of the informants in a home in Aurora.

Sullivan was arrested on Nov. 29, accused of trading methamphetamine for sex with men.

Investigators accuse Sullivan of bringing meth to the home with the intent of trading it for sex with a male prostitute.

Sullivan himself appeared at the hearing. He is currently out on bond.
