In a letter to the editor of the Greeley Gazette, an online paper he started, Reese resigned from his seat on the Greeley-Evans School Board.
He was just two years into a four-year term.
In his resignation, Reese criticized the board for not being open to his ideas.
Reese made news several times in the past. He was publicly censured by the school board when he was accused of sexual harassment and showing up for a board meeting with alcohol on his breath.
But it was the editorial Reese ran on his radio station on Martin Luther King, Jr. that brought him the most attention.
