Signs of rejuvenation in Denver's River North neighborhood

There are plans for a light rail station at 35th Avenue and Blake Street, and 2,000 jobs will be located in this neighborhood once build out is complete.

Cypress Real Estate is building a 301-unit apartment project at the old Denargo Market. There are plans to also include a grocery store and hotel on this site in the future along with 65,000 square feet of retail. 

Work is also underway on a 204-unit apartment complex at 32nd Avenue and Brighton Street.  It's not just apartment projects that are in the works. 

Kyle Zeppelin of Zeppelin Development, which built the Taxi building, is now working on an office building called DRIVE - he says its 85 percent leased, with construction having started only a few weeks ago.
