Runners this year will pass the best of Colfax Avenue. They start in front of Denver Fire Station Number One and go through Sports Authority Field at Mile High.
There's a full marathon, a half marathon, a 10-miler, a relay, and a 5K.
Part of the event is to promote health and fitness, but another big goal is to raise money for charity.
For those who aren't interested in the run, there are hundreds of volunteer positions that need to be filled by the weekend.
