Fisher was arrested early Tuesday morning. He is facing destruction of private property, disturbing the peace, assault and wrongs to a minor.
While in court, Fisher pleaded not guilty to all counts, including the additonal charge of disturbing the peace and the charge of wrongs to a minor that were added on Wednesday. His bond was set at $550 and his next court appearance is on June 7.
In a complicated story of he-said-she-said, Fisher's criminal report was released to 9NEWS Wednesday morning.
According to the report, Fisher claims his girlfriend was acting hysterical at a property in the 660 block of North Clermont Street. A neighbor called police because the victim - Fisher's girlfriend - claimed he hurt her.
When Denver Police arrived on the scene, they started hearing the conflicting reports from both Fisher and his girlfriend - both of whom were injured.
According to Fisher, his girlfriend was acting unstable and trapped him in the bathroom. He claims he jumped over her to get away and tried to leave.
At that point, Fisher's girlfriend went to her roommate to get help. The roommate then called police. A 7-year-old girl was in the home when the altercation occurred.
Fisher's girlfriend claims Fisher was upset at her because he thought she was cheating on him. She claims Fisher grabbed "her by the head and [threw] her down." She says she grabbed the keys, the dog and ran into the house to hide from Fisher. She reportedly ran into the bathroom and braced herself against the sink cabinet.
She claims he forced the door open until the cabinet broke off the wall. Both the cabinet and sink were off the wall when police arrived and pushed halfway down to the floor.
Fisher was transported to the hospital because he was intoxicated, according to police. The girlfriend had a bruise on her upper left arm and left thigh, cut lip and an abrasion on her hand. Fisher had a cut on his forehead that was bleeding when police arrived.
Fisher and his girlfriend had been dating for two months, according to friends.
Fisher, 38, was arrested by Denver Police around 1 a.m. in the 660 block of North Clermont.
Fisher's attorney, John Skari, denied 9NEWS' request to interview Fisher.
