Forecasts are only calling for about one inch through midnight Saturday, but with freezing temperatures so solid and liquid de-icers will be used to combat the potentially snow and ice.

Northbound US 85 is currently closed between Fort Lupton and Brighton due to an accident and will not open for several hours.
CDOT crews in southwest, northwest and central Colorado are also on snow shift.
