Police say it started near West 16th Avenue and Federal Boulevard between two family members. One member accused the other of shooting at his vehicle.
The two people then followed each other in two separate cars to the Speer Boulevard and Logan Street intersection, where police made contact with the two.
Police are searching for the supposed victim who fled from the scene.
