One incident was on South High Street near East Jewell Avenue. The other happened in an alley between Boettcher West and South Race Street.

In both cases the women were not walking alone.

The suspect is described as a slim, white man in his early 20s. Authorities say he is about 5'9" and has brown hair. They say he was wearing a maroon pullover with a DU logo and black shorts.
