KUSA - A runaway trailer is causing major backups Friday evening on the westbound lanes of I-70. 

It happened on I-70 at Genesee. A line of traffic stretched all the way to C-470 at one point.

The Colorado State Patrol says a truck hauling a trailer eastbound spun out, causing the trailer to cross the median and onto the westbound lanes.

Four vehicles were involved. There were no injuries reported.
