DENVER - Denver police arrested 47-year-old Marty Trusty who was wanted for first-degree murder.
Trusty is suspected in the murder of 44-year-old Darwin Brown on Monday evening.
Brown was found when the Denver police responded to a report of an assault at 1147 Santa Fe Drive. He was transported to a nearby hospital and was later pronounced dead.
