KUSA - It was a great day to snowshoe and raise a lot of money in the process. It was a big group at the Frisco Nordic Center dedicated to help in the fight against cancer.
The 11th annual Tubbs Romp to Stomp out Breast Cancer is part of the largest snowshoe series in the world.
As of Saturday night, the event had brought in more than $67,000 for the Denver chapter of Komen for the Cure.
Donations will be accepted until the end of the month.
